Baja Clean Water Mission is committed to transparency about how donations are used. Contributions support direct project expenses — the materials, equipment, and logistics that make clean-water and community development projects possible in Baja California, Mexico.
Project Materials
Donations fund the materials needed to carry out clean-water projects — including the components required to construct and install biosand water filters and other water-related infrastructure.
Equipment
Hands-on project work requires tools and equipment. Donations help cover the cost of the equipment needed to carry out construction, installation, and maintenance work in the field.
Transportation
Getting materials, equipment, and people to project sites in Baja California requires reliable transportation. Donations help cover the cost of moving what is needed to where it is needed.
Other Direct Mission-Related Expenses
Additional direct expenses related to carrying out the mission — such as coordination, logistics, and other project-related costs — are also supported by donations.
